At Grey Navy, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only on selected products. Products eligible for return will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Items that are not eligible for return cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
Products marked as Non-Returnable.
Used, washed, damaged, or altered products.
Products without original tags or packaging.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
